Each room is designed to best accommodate a set number of guests. However,if there is a need for an additional bed / guest, additional charge is as followed:
Additional bed: NT1000 pps (including towels, breakfast, single mattress, pillow and linen)
Children age 6 ~ 12 y/o, no bed required : NT500 pps (including towel and breakfast, only one child per bed is allowed)
Children between age of 2-6 of years: NT300 pps (inld. towel and breakfast) Max. of one per room
Children under the age of 2 can stay for free. Max. of one per room
Baby&Toddler friendly services: Baby cribs with bumpers, beddings, bath tub and bottle steamer is available upon request (numbers limited).
Extra duvet: NT100; extra pillow: NT30
【Postponement & cancellation policies】
If you wish to change the date after you made the deposit transfer, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We can withhold the room for up to 3 months, longer than that the deposit can be confiscated without notification.
Refund calculation in case of cancellation
100% deposit refund - 14 days before the day of arrival
50% deposit refund – 3~13 days before the day of arrival
No refund – 3 days before the day of arrival(Not including the day you call to make the cancellation)
If typhoon warning is issued for the land (must include Pintung County), or when a no-work and no-school notice is issued by the Center of Weather Bureau; we offer full refund or withhold your reservation for the next 3 month.
